RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee 

  • Condition: Returned watches must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, manual).

  • Special Orders: Custom orders, special requests, and watches on sale are non-returnable and all sales are final. Please contact our team for exceptions or further clarification.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can contact us via email or phone, providing your order details and the reason for your return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Safely package the watch in its original packaging along with all accompanying accessories. Clearly mark the package with the provided RMA number to avoid processing delays.

  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method such as FedEx or DHL.

REFUNDS

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14-28 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% applies for any returns - please call us for more clarifications.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

EXCEPTIONS

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions may have limited or no return eligibility.

  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Sourced Watches: All sourced watches are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Price on Request: Watches marked as "Price on Request" may also be non-returnable.
